First Place in the “Iqtidor” Musical Competition – Distinctal Stage
Music has a way of teaching lessons that extend far beyond notes and rhythms—it teaches discipline, teamwork, and resilience.
I had the honor of participating in the “Iqtidor” musical competition with my team, Sado, performing as part of a small orchestra of eight teammates. I played the bass dutar, contributing to the depth and harmony of our performance. At the distinctal stage, our dedication and coordination earned us first place.

Following this success, we advanced to the regional stage, where competition was even stronger. We gave our best performance and were thrilled to achieve second place—just 0.3 points behind the first-place team. Although only the top team could advance to the Republic stage, this close result reflected the hard work, practice, and commitment of our team.

Throughout this journey, we were guided and supported by our teacher, Naim, as well as other mentors who invested their time and energy into teaching, coaching, and inspiring us. Their encouragement and expertise were invaluable, helping us improve both individually and as a team.
This experience reminded me that achievements are not only about advancing to the next stage or winning the top title. They are about learning, growing, and performing at your best alongside others who share your passion. The harmony, dedication, and energy we shared as a team are memories I will carry with me far beyond the competition.

Playing the bass dutar in Sado was not just a role—it was a lesson in collaboration, focus, and the joy of creating music together. Even when the path forward ended just short of the Republic stage, the experience itself was a victory.
